Trained from an early age at the Royal College of Music, Jon teaches from beginner to advanced levels in Piano, music production and composition.

He passionately believes that everyone should have access to good quality, affordable lesson programs that make students feel like we are on this journey together.

It is this philosophy that has been at the forefront of everything we do at Melodies over the last 25 years.

Jon’s teaching specialities include classical, jazz and contemporary piano, composition and arranging, music production and sound design for commercial media.

Greg has over 15 years experience singing professionally in the theatre and music industries and over 10 years teaching experience at various schools and academies including Melodies Music and Italia Conti Academy of theatre arts.

Greg specialises in vocal technique & performance in pop, soft rock & musical theatre genres.

He takes great pride and care in nurturing his students individuality and creativity on their musical journey. Greg works with students of all ages and abilities.

As a graduate of the prestigious Wilkes academy, Lily started performing at age 6 and has trained in dancing , singing and acting skills which  continue to see Lily in demand as a stage performer and session vocalist.

Lily teaches and specialises in performance & vocal technique in the genres of pop, soul,R&B and Musical Theatre.

Lily is passionate about her teaching and works hard to ensure that her students not only build confidence, but find their unique style and train their voice to the best of their ability. She works with students of all ages and abilities. 

Sophie teaches at our Buntingford studio and specialises in guitar, Bass guitar and Ukulele.

Sophie has extensive live performance experience having worked with numerous bands from a young age. She  has extensive session experience and  works with students of all ages and abilities believing that  everybody has should have an opportunity to learn. 

Amelia teaches at our Buntingford studio and specialises in Vocal technique and stage performance with many stage credits under her belt! 

Already an accomplished performer in both pop and rock genres, Amelia also has a special interest in musical theatre performance and has a modern and energetic approach which both motivates and builds confidence in her students.
